Responsibilities:Develop existing-building clients such as offices, hospitals and parks, and drive adoption of curtain wall energy retrofit solutions; maintain relationships with design institutes and property managers.
Requirements:Sales experience in building materials, curtain wall, doors and windows or energy services preferred; able to lead business negotiations independently.
Responsibilities:Measure curtain wall thermal parameters on site and use our in-house energy model to produce savings, cost and payback reports that underpin solution design.
Requirements:HVAC, building environment or materials major; proficient with Excel/CAD, clear logical thinking, willing to do fieldwork.
Responsibilities:Lead a team to complete on-site measurement and installation of ESEC window curtains, ensuring safety, precision and schedule; certified for work at height.
Requirements:Experience with curtain wall, door and window or work-at-height installation; a work-at-height certificate is a plus; strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:Develop window-curtain energy retrofit business in your region, sharing HQ assessment tools, products and installation support.
Requirements:Local construction-industry connections; aligned with our “assess first, retrofit second” quantified service model; see Partnership.
Responsibilities:Run our WeChat account, video channel and short-video accounts to bring “glass curtain wall energy efficiency” to more building owners.
Requirements:Can shoot, edit and write; interested in B2B content or the building materials industry.
Responsibilities:Manage contracts, bidding documents and project archives; coordinate sales and installation scheduling.
Requirements:Proficient with office software, detail-oriented and steady; back-office experience in an engineering company preferred.
